Ingredients

1 cup tomato pieces
1 cup carrot (grated)
1/2 cup peanut (fried and coarsely ground)
2 tbsp curd
2 green chillies (finely chopped)
2 tbsp coriander leaves (chopped)
1/2 tsp sugar
salt to taste
a pinch of asafoetida
1/4 tsp mustard seeds
1 tbsp oil

Method

Mix tomato pieces, grated carrots, peanut powder, green chillies, sugar, salt gently. Heat oil and fry
mustard seeds. When they splutter add asafoetida and curd. Pour curd seasoning over the salad. Serve garnished with chopped coriander leaves.

1/2 कप मूँगफ़ली भुनी और छिली हुई
2हरी मिर्च बारीक कटी हुई
2 तेबल स्पून हरी धनिया कटी हुई
1/2 चम्मच चीनी
नमक स्वादानुसार
थोड़ी हींग
1/4 चम्मच राई
1 टेबल स्पून तेल

विधि

टमाटर, गाजर, मूँगफ़ली,हरी मिर्च, चीनी और नमक हल्के से मिलाइये। तेल गरम करके राई डालिये। फ़िर हीन्ग और दही डालिये। इस दही को सलाद पर डालकर हरी धनिया से सजाइये।
