Ingredients

7-8 raw tomatoes,
2 onions,
2 potatoes,
1 tsp red chilli powder,
1/2 tsp turmeric powder,
1/2 tsp garam masala,
1 tbsp crushed jaggery,
2 tbsp oil

Method

Wash and cut tomato 1" pieces. Peel onion, chop finely. Cut potatoes with small pieces without peeling. Heat oil, fry onions for 2-3 minutes.Add tomato pieces, potato pieces, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and jaggery. Fry these for a while and cook with one cup water. When vegetables are cooked, remove from fire and serve hot with chapatis, puris or naan.

8 कच्चे टमाटर
2 प्याज
2आलू
1छोटा चम्मच लाल मिर्च पाउडर
1/2 चम्मच हल्दी
1/2 चम्मच गरम मसाला
1 तेबल पिसा हुआ गुड़
2 तेबल स्पून तेल

विधि

धोकर टमाटर के 1" के टुकड़े कातिये। प्याज को बारीक कातिये। आलू को छोटे टुकड़ो में काटिये।
