Ingredients

1 cup tomato juice
1/2 cup curd
1 green chilli
1 tsp coriander leaves (chopped)
salt to taste
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp cumin asafoetida

Method

Beat curd and mix with tomato juice. Chop green chilli finely and mix in the tomato mixture. Then add sugar and salt to it.Heat oil and fry asafoetida and cumin seeds for 1-2 minutes. Pour them over the tomato raita. Serve sweet and sour raita garnished with coriander leaves.

टमाटर का रायता

सामग्री

1कप टमाटर का रस
1/2 कप दही
1 हरी मिर्च
1 चम्मच हरी धनिया कटी हुई
नमक सवादानुसार
1 छोटा चम्मच चीनी
1 टेबल स्पून तेल
1/2 चम्मच जीरा
थोड़ी सी हीन्ग

विधि

दही फ़ेनट कर उसमें टमाटर का रस मिलाइये हरी मिर्च को बारीक काट कर मिलाइये।चीनी और नमक डालिये। तेल गरम करके उसमें हीन्ग और जीरा डाल कर 2 मिनट तक भूनिये।इसे टमायर के रायते पर
