Ingredients:

1/ 2 cups rice
2 1/2 cup tomato 1" pieces
3 cups onion (cut lengthwise)
1 cup grated coconut
1/2 cup peas (shel
1 boiled egg
3/4 tsp black pepper powder
3 cloves powdered
3 cardamoms powdered
3 cinnamon pieces powdered
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp oil
3 cups hot water
3-4 tbsp oil

Method

Wash the rice, drain and keep. Heat oil. Put black pepper powder and powdered seeds. When spices are fried thoroughly put one cup sliced onions and fry for about 2 minutes. Now put rice in the fried mixture and fry them for 5-10 minutes. Then put tomato pieces, salt, sugar, grated coconut and green peas. Fry for 2-3 minutes. Add 3 cups hot water and cover with a lid. When it starts boiling, lower the heat and let the rice cook on simmer. Meanwhile, deep fry the remaining onion pieces to a golden brown color. Serve hot rice, garnished with fried onions and boiled egg pieces.

टमाटर वाले चावल

सामग्री

2कप चावल
1/2 कप टमाटर के टुकड़े
3 कप प्याज कटा हुआ
1 कप घिसा हुआ नारियल
1/2 कप छिलि मटर
1 उबला अन्डा
3/4 चम्मच काली मिर्च पाउडर
3 लोंग पिसि हुई
3 दाल चीनी के टुकड़े पिसे हुई
1 छोटा चम्मच नमक
1 छोटा चम्मच चीनी
दो टेबल स्पून तेल
3कप गरम पानी
4 टेबल स्पून तेल

विधि
चावल को धोकर पानी से निकाल कर रखिये।तेल गरम करके सारे पिसे हुए मसाले डालिये।भुन जाने पर एक कप प्याज डालिये।2 मिनत और पकाइये। इसमें चावल डालकर 10 मिनट भूनिये।फ़िर इसमैं टमात्र,नारियल, हरी मत्र,नमक और चीनी डालकर 3 मिनट तक भूनिये।तीन कप गरम पानी डालिये और ढक कर पकाइये। बचे हुए प्याज को सुनहरा होने तक भूनिये। चावल को भुने प्याज और अन्डे से सजा कर परोसिये।
