Ingredients:

8 medium sized tomatoes,
1/2 cup grated fresh coconut
1/2 cup peanuts (fried and powdered)
4 green chillies
1/2 cup coriander leaves chopped
salt to taste
oil to fry
Some coriander leaves for garnishing

Method

Mix grated coconut powder, peanut powder, chopped greeb chillies, coriander leaves and salt. Mix them well and keep aside.Wash and wipe the tomatoes. Cut a small slice from the top. Scoop out pulp with a spoon and mix it with the above mixture. Divide the mixture into 8 equal parts and fill each tomato with the mixture. Cover with the top slice cut out. Heat about 2-3 tbsp oil in a vessel and cook the tomatoes on slow heat. Serve garnished with coriander leaves.

सामगरी

8 मध्यम आकार के टमाटर
1 12 घिसा हुआ कच्चा नारियल
12 कप मूँगफ़ली भुनी और पिसी हुई
12 कप धनिया कती हुई

विधि

नारियल, मूँगफ़ली धनियाऔर नमकमिलाये टमातर को धो कर पोछिये।ऊपरी हिस्से से एक टुकड़ा काटिये। एक चम्मच से गूदा बाहर निकालिये।गूदे को नारियल में मिलाये। इसे 8 बराबर भागो में बाँटिये। हर टमाटर में मिशरन को भरकर कटे हुए टुकड़े से भरिये।एक कढाई में दो टेबल स्पून तेल गरम करिये। धीमी आँच पर टमाटर गलने तक पकाइये।धनिया पत्ती से
