Carrot Sandesh Boat Recipe
Cut carrot into 5 cm pieces. Cut each piece length-wise into two. Scoop the centre of each piece making a boat shape.Take 1/2 cup sugar and carrots in a vessel. Add enough water to cover these pieces. Boil for 15 minutes till carrot boats are cooked.Drain boats from the syrup and cool on a strainer. Take paneer and powdered sugar in a thali and beat well. Make small longish balls of this mixture and stuff in boats. Sprinkle milk masala powder.
Date Salami Recipe
Put dates in vessel and keep on slow fire. Add cream and warm the mixture for 10 minutes. Try to mash the dates when they are warming.

Mix grated coconut powder, peanut powder, chopped greeb chillies, coriander leaves and salt.

Beat curd and mix with tomato juice. Chop green chilli finely and mix in the tomato mixture.

Wash and cut tomato 1" pieces. Peel onion, chop finely. Cut potatoes with small pieces without peeling.

Mix tomato pieces, grated carrots, peanut powder, green chillies, sugar, salt gently.

Set milk to form curd and then press lightly to remove excess water.
